| Sumario: | Eduardo J. Couture is considered one of the great jurists of the 20th century and, especially, recognized for his contributions in the area of procedural law. However, it may not be, to the same extent, because of his literary work. This study also allows us to warn about the relevance of the possible relationships between Law and literature. |
