Pancreatitis aguda con tetania por hipocalcemia y diabetes
La hipocalcemia, como síndrome humoral secundario a las pancreatitis agudas, es conocida de tiempo relativamente reciente. Su patogenia se atribuye a la precipitación del calcio en los focos de esteato-necrosis, donde se forman jabones cálcicos.
