The frequency of associatedlesions is pointed out.Se analizan en forma retrospectiva los ingresos delHospital de Clínicas desde julio de 1973 a diciembre de1987 que tiene diagnóstico final de rotura de vejiga.El estudio está referido a una muestra total de 20pacientes y centrado en 18 traumatismos no penetrantes.Se analizan edad, sexo, topografía extra eintraperitoneal o combinados.
