That is to say, the pages of this text are not properly speaking a gloss on the handwriting of SeverinusBeotius, but rather Thomas' opportunity to find “a correct solution” to a series of epistemic problems raised by theology in general. Consequently, and within the framework of the present question, we will pay attention to the handwriting of this friar as far as his classificatory vision of the sciences is concerned, apart from the fact that the same task is effectively repeated years later by the same Dominican, although in a different way, when commenting on the Aristotelian treatises. |

En ello conviene se destaquen dos rasgos: por un lado, el período juvenil de este comentario y, por el otro, su finalidad. Esto es, las páginas de dicho texto no son propiamente una glosa de la letra de SeverinoBeocio, sino la oportunidad de Tomás de hallar “una solución correcta” a una serie de problemas epistémicos suscitados en torno a la teología en general. En consecuencia, y en el marco de la presente cuestión, se atenderá a la letra de este fraile en lo concerniente a su visión clasificatoria de las ciencias, al margen de que la misma tarea la repite efectivamente el mismo dominico años más tarde, aunque de modo diferente, al comentar los tratados aristotélicos.Este artigo limita-se exclusivamente ao texto tomista De Trinitate para reunir de forma sintética os esforços do próprio Tomás para canalizar racionalmente, e não por via da autoridade, a doutrina sagrada da Trindade. Neste contexto, há que sublinhar dois aspectos: por um lado, o período de juventude deste comentário e, por outro, a sua finalidade. Ou seja, as páginas deste texto não são propriamente uma glosa sobre a caligrafia de SeverinoBeócio, mas antes a oportunidade que Tomás tem de encontrar “uma solução correcta” para uma série de problemas epistémicos levantados pela teologia em geral. Por conseguinte, e no âmbito da presente questão, prestaremos atenção à caligrafia deste frade no que diz respeito à sua visão classificatória das ciências, para além do facto de a mesma tarefa ser efetivamente repetida anos mais tarde pelo mesmo dominicano, embora de forma diferente, ao comentar os tratados aristotélicos.Universidad de Montevideo.
