Medico-legal aspects of interest to the surgeon
His only proposal in an Annual Surgery Congress shows that Uruguayan surgeons, apart from aspiring to their scientific improvement, are deeply interested -and inespecially in these moments when it seems that moral values have been lost - due to an ethical improvement.
