Vive en Montevideo, tiene 36 años, y es la primera —y hasta el momento única— directora de fotografía cinematográfica mujer que hay en Uruguay. Debutó en cine con 25 Watts, después filmó El viaje hacia el mar, Whisky y en 2005 El custodio, su cuarto largometraje.
