Spontaneous cholecystocolic fistula

A case of cholecysto-colic fistula was treated surgically by closing the colon in two planes, cholecystectomy and choledocostomy, with excellent postoperatoryevolution. Clinical aspects, diagnosis and therapy are discussed.
