| Περίληψη: | World Class Manufacturing is a concept that takes advantage of all the advances, techniques and tools that are appearing in the manufacturing field to meet global competitiveness and to obtain sustainable companies. This paper presents a World Class Manufacturing model, taken from a Panamanian manufacturing company. The main contribution is to show the application of the four bases of the model because a solid base of good manufacturing practices will pave the way for companies to be considered sustainable. |
